Vacation Rental Manager / Office Assistant Part-time Position
This position encompasses two main responsibilities:
1. General office tasks, organization, phone calls, email correspondence, handling daily matters.
2. Management of vacation accommodations, communication with guests, creation of cleaning schedules, on-site cleaning checks, transportation, and laundry. General office tasks, organization, phone calls, email correspondence, handling daily matters.
Experience:
Experience with vacation rentals, management experience would be advantageous.
Organizational skills and spontaneity are desired. You should be open, a team player, punctual, and reliable.
A driver's license would be beneficial but is not required.

German: very good
English: good / very good
The current vacation rentals are located in Prenzlauer Berg / Weißensee / Lichtenberg. Therefore, residing in this area would be advantageous.
