Apartment I is located in Berlin Mitte Tiergarten, in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station Beusselstraße, on a quiet side street within a residential building. This minimalist and modernly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor features a living room and three bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests.

It also includes a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room (Room 1), you will find a sofa bed, a spacious dining table, a desk, and a shelf. Room 2 features a double bed, a sofa bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. Room 3 is also equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, a large wardrobe, and a chair. In Room 4, there is a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, pots, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. All necessary kitchen utensils, along with spices, coffee, and tea, are also provided as part of the basic amenities. Additionally, a washing machine, an iron, and other small household appliances are at your disposal.

In the bathroom, you can use the toilet, sink, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and other cosmetic products. For our younger guests, we are pleased to provide the necessary beds and chairs, as well as some toys.

The Tiergarten district is renowned for its numerous international restaurants and cafes, independent shops, flea markets, and the Tiergarten park with the Zoological Garden. You can take a leisurely stroll along the Spree or easily reach iconic landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden, and Museum Island in under 20 minutes.
